​PERSONAL SERVICE

I am a solo attorney. I prepare every legal document and court filing myself - I don't delegate to paralegals or assistants. I personally represent you in court as your attorney. You do not need to make any court appearances.

CONSTANT COMMUNICATION

I am always available during business hours to respond to your questions. I answer my own phone and return all calls by the end of each business day.

ONLY PROBATE LAW

I only practice probate law. Many lawyers offer a wide variety of legal services but I prefer to focus on probates.

REASONABLE FEES

My fees are generally low and very reasonable. Simple probate cases start at $7,000. Call me if you'd like a quote for your probate.

 

You should contact a few attorneys before you hire one for your probate.  A California probate is a long process. It usually takes about a year - make sure you're comfortable with your attorney before you begin.
